Challenges

For a long time, Team Honey Badger has been dedicated to recruiting the right operational talent for each of its stores. They pride themselves on being an “always hiring” team, interviewing all applicants to ensure that each store has the necessary staff. This commitment, while valuable, has resulted in a great deal of work for their HR team.

Knowing that they needed to improve the management of the hiring process, they tried several HR tools and agendas. However, the team still spent a significant part of its time communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews. The rapid growth experienced by THB in recent years exacerbated these inefficiencies, making maintaining a timely and organized hiring system a challenge.

THB faced the following challenges that required an effective solution:
